General Urgent Information
Message: RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
Message: This is not a traditional timeshare
Message: A third person can be accommodated, but additional charges will apply.
Message: Now including breakfast into their reservations. The rental charges cover the initial two guests staying in the unit however, if there's an add'l guest over the 2 occupancy they will now be charged for breakfast that is not included in the rates.
Message: The country requires all incoming international travelers to present a negative COVID-19 test result dating back no more than 10 days prior to arrival. If a traveler is unable to do so, an onsite test will be conducted by local health officials. In the event that a traveler tests positive for COVID-19 at the airport, he/she will be quarantined in a government center.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
Message: Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Message: Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
