• Resort fees are mandatory for members and guests. From the second multiple unit onward.
• If more than one Guest Certificate is for the same travel date, each must be under a different guest's name. Joint members must contact RCI before reserving. Vidanta owners cannot confirm categories higher than those assigned to their properties.
• Prepay the fee 48 hours after confirmation or 30 days before check-in using the email from Vidanta with payment instructions or 866-729-6691 USA/CAN 800 849 3884 México. The resort will receive the update for the RCI reservation, including guest certificates, within 72 hours of confirmation. Please pre-check in at https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home. The fee does not cover local taxes.
