Smoking Restrictions: Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
General Urgent Information
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Guests need to make prior arrangements with the resort if checking in outside normal check-in hours for reserved unit. You must call (760) 243-3089 and pay security deposit of $200 prior to arrival. Tuesdays & Wednesdays the front office is closed.
Message: Units do not have landline phones. Due to the remote location of the resort, there is NO Internet or Wi-Fi service. Most shopping, restaurants and entertainment are over an hour drive from resort.
Message: Check-in time on day of unit check-in is from 3pm to 6pm. Daily office business hours are 10 am to 2 pm. Pool is only open from May-September.
Message: If late after 6:00 p.m. arrival is anticipated, guests MUST contact resort in advance and provide specific information about arrival time. Guests will then be provided with more information.
