Message: Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.

Message: Face covering is required in all public areas. Pools are open at 50% capacity. Springs Pool is closed. Currently no housekeeping services available in occupied villas. Towels and linen are available upon request. Restaurants and other activities are open and practicing social distancing.

Message: 1-in-4 year rule is strictly enforced. You can confirm either V450 or 0450 only 1 time every 4 years (only 1 visit to either property is allowed every 4 years). This rule applies to exchanges only. Violations will be cancelled, and exceptions cannot be granted. Does not apply to Vistana owners. Does not apply to concurrent or consecutive weeks.
