General Urgent Information
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
Message: This is not a traditional timeshare
Message: All guests are suggested to contact the resort prior to their arrival to provide with flight information and coordinate transfers, tours and private check in, as well as provide with any special requests they may have.
Message: RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).

Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.

Message: If cancelled or modified up to 46 days before of arrival, 25 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 22 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
