General Urgent Information
Urgent Message:- In addition to the RCI Exch. confirmation, you will also receive an email confirmation from SUNDANCE Vacations including vital check-in details. It is extremely important to have a valid email and phone number on file with RCI. Since this resort DOES NOT have a physical Front Desk on property, you must receive your Check-in Packet, including your Security Gate & Door Code access via email.
- NO pets or smoking permitted on-site. A $150 - $300 cleaning fee will be charged if a violation occurs and guests will need to leave the property. Guests will be charged the cost to repair and/or replace any damage that occurs during their stay. Washers and Dryers are not in the units - but are available on-site.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- Please contact Resort for any late bookings {24/48 hours prior to check in} to arrange arrival details.
- The resort can only be accessed through the security checkpoint using a gate code. Accommodations are only accessible through a door lock code provided by the resort. Please call Sundance Vacations at 1-800-210-5500 if you have not received your check-in instructions 10 days prior to arrival.
- There are no oceanfront or ocean view units. This is a 3-story building with no elevators. Guests must climb the stairs to their units. First-floor units are not guaranteed.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
