Mandatory Fee Info: Mandatory Security deposit is 200.00 U.S. dollars. Only Credit Cards accepted.

Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

General Urgent Information


Message: Guest will arrive, fill out check in paperwork, no pet policy and be required to make a $200 damage deposit. They will receive keys, local information, and a map to their townhome. Unit view is not guaranteed; resort is unable to relocate.

Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

Message: After hours check in will require a phone call to our office in advance. The check in packet will be placed in a lockbox outside the main checkin building. They will receive a combination for the lockbox. Security is on duty until 2am if the guest has problems.

Message: Check in available from 4-8pm only, please call in advance if late arrival is anticipated.

Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.

Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
