Policy Restrictions
Minimum Check-In Age: Minimum age check-in is 21.
Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Smoking Restrictions: No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Please check with resort for smoking policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.

Cashless resort.No rollaway beds or extra beds are offered at Patriots Inn. Pack ‘n Plays are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival. Please make your request at the front desk.
Message: Non-RCI Members or guests of non-RCI members: you or anyone in your party can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the following group of resorts: DD68 THE BERKLEY, LAS VEGAS, DJ36 PATRIOTS INN, DJ37 VVIL AT WILLIAMSBURG, DJ38 THE COLONIES AT WILLIAMSBURG, DJ50 THE BERKLEY, ORLANDO, D567 BERKSHIRE MOUNTAIN LODGE. Violations will be canceled.
Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

Violations will be cancelled. No Exceptions.
