General Urgent Information
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
Message: 1 in 3 Year Rule applies: Cannot confirm this resort more than once every 3 years. This restriction applies per calendar year. Restriction does not apply to Laguna Shore owners. Violations will be cancelled.
Message: **Per local health authorities restrictions on COVID 19 the resort reinforces the use of mask and a distance of 1.5 m between guests within the premises (pools, common areas, etc). Upon arrival all guests need to go through a sanitizing tunnel. Restaurants have reduced service hours from 09:00 am to 09:00 pm. Front desk available from 08:00 am to 09:00 pm.
