General Urgent Information
Message: Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 6pm.
Message: Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: If you arrive after the office has closed please pick up the courtesy phone on the wall. You will be connected to another resort which is open 24 hours. Please give the caller the property you are checking into, your last name, first name. The caller will give you the code for the silver lockbox next to the courtesy phone on the wall.
Message: THERE IS A SHORT STAY FEE OF $60 TO $75 (DEPENDING ON UNIT SIZE) FOR ANY RESERVATION LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS.
