General Urgent Information
Message: Tire chains are required during snow fall.
Message: No ski/boarding equipment are allowed in the units. There are storage lockers on the main floor for the skis and snowboard.
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Highway 18 from Snow Valley to Big Bear Dam will be closed starting Monday, April 25th- Friday April 29th from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The road will be fully closed (24 hours) from 9:00am on April 27th to 4:00pm on April 28th.
Message: The guest would become a legal tenant at 29 nights. The guest needs to check out for at least one full night at the 28th night or earlier.
