- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

- Studio units are small and do not have a sliding barrier to seperate the living area from the sleeping space.
- Bike week occurs in Myrtle Beach during the month of May beginning Mother’s Day weekend through Memorial Day weekend. During these times expect heavy motorcycle traffic, crowds and elevated noise levels.
- Although the resort is on the beach, rooms are not ocean front.
