Policy Restrictions
Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Smoking Restrictions: No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Please check with resort for smoking policy.
General Urgent Information
Message: Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Message: A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
Message: Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Privacy Sign: At any time, Resort Management and Housekeeping staff can enter your suite to address safety concerns or provide service.
Message: The resort now provides internet access in ALL suites. If a guest wants to stream movies or games, that service can be purchased for an additional cost.
Message: Guests MUST arrive between 9am-7pm to check-in and you will have your temperature taken. Late arrivals not allowed. Resort is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday check-in only. No cash deposits allowed.
Message: Please contact the resort at least 48 hours prior to check-in. No indoor amenities or hot tub are available at this time. No lock box is available after hours at this time. There is daily towel exchange.
