General Urgent Information
Message: Check-in/out at Condo Clubhouse. Timeshare office phone number: 394-594-9509. Office is open: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:00pm.
Message: Due to COVID-19, all pools, restaurants and the fitness center are closed. Also, guests must check-in at the clubhouse on Sunday: 3pm - 5pm, and Monday through Friday: 10am - 4pm.
Message: All units are townhomes and have stairs. Bedrooms and full baths are located upstairs.
Message: On-site swimming pool is seasonal.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
