- Vidanta members cannot reserve The Grand Mayan Palace Vidanta Riviera Maya (Resort 6973) through RCI. Any such reservations will be canceled, or guests must pay the applicable resort fees under resort ID 6974.
- Vidanta does not permit reservations with a guest certificate because only the account holder can check in. Verification will be done by name and account number, and any violations will result in cancellation without exception.
- Each account is allowed only one reservation. Multiple or consecutive unit reservations and guest certificates will not be accepted. Additionally, guests can only book a stay at a Vidanta resort once every 4 years, based on the year of travel. If a guest has stayed at a Vidanta property in the last 4 years, their reservation will not be honored.
