General Urgent Information

Message: No multiple/consecutive units or Guest Certificates allowed in all Sea Garden properties including this ID. Rules are verified by name and membership - violations will be cancelled.
Message: You can only confirm Vidanta once in a period of 3 years (applies per Anniversary Year). These rules apply to all Vidanta IDs (Rule by Total Group). This means RCI members can travel to any Vidanta ID only once every 3 years.
Message: Reservations made less than 48 hrs prior to the check-in date will not be accepted. Please pre-checkin by visiting https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home. The resort will reflect the RCI reservation 72 hours after it has been confirmed.
Message: Beach club is across the street, and has a restaurant and pool. You can enjoy restaurants and entertainment at the Vidanta complex hotels. If you are staying at Sea Garden Acapulco, swimming pools, beach and water parks of the Mayan Palace or The Grand Mayan are not allowed. Additional charges for Valet Parking, Internet, gym, spa, tennis, golf and safe. *Internet service is only available at the lobby.
