Occupancy Restrictions: No more than 4 adults and 2 children under 12
Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Smoking Restrictions: No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
General Urgent Information
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Message: RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
Message: Please inform the ferry captain that you will be staying with Oceanfrontier and they will contact our property manager who will greet you at the dock.
Message: Rentals are recommended for island transportation
Message: There is a US $15 per night utility fee. $60 maximum per week. Please note: Oceanfrontier has no front desk, staff do not live on site.
