General Urgent Information

Urgent Message:

• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
• The front desk is at the neighboring resort Vacation Villas at Fantasyworld 2. Guests will be checking in virtually and will have to have an email address and phone number listed on their reservation. The resort's phone number is 407-397-7585. Guests can call this number directly to check-in.
• We have installed a lock system in which guests can use their phones to gain access to the apartment. We will not be able to assist you until the next business day if you do not contact us in advance with your contact information.
• Front Desk hours of operation - Friday: 7 AM- 11 PM, Monday: 8 AM to 6 PM. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday: hours may vary. If arriving late, you must contact the resort in advance for check-in procedures.
• Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
