Policy Restrictions
Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Smoking Restrictions: Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
General Urgent Information
Message: Please note the Mandatory Usage Fee is different. It is $25 from October to March and $35 from April to September.
Message: Guests receive discounts at the Restaurant, Pro-Shop, and Golf Course and free buckets of balls at the driving range. Full access to onsite amenities, wholesale prices with the onsite travel agency. In Condo Wi-Fi and Washer/Dryer.
Message: The outdoor pool and hot tub are open from June through September. Unless otherwise posted, the restaurant is open daily during the golf season. During non golf season, the restaurant has limited hours.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: Smoking is not allowed in units.
Message: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
