• Hatteras High phone number is no longer in use. The resort has an email address that is monitored daily and there is an emergency number for maintenance issues. Email address for inquiries: [email protected] Check-in is now automated by email and mobile number. Guests will be notified 1-2 days prior to their arrival. Check-in is by keyless locks.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
• Linens (sheets, towels, pillows, etc.) are provided. You do not need to bring your own unless you would prefer to.
