• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Must contact the resort in advance for any close date confirmations. 1 car only per unit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Office hours: Monday -Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 9am -6pm. The guest has to expect a confirmation email from ARYC with directions and arrival information
• Advance notification for ADA accommodation is needed. Call the resort at 305-451-0500 for unit assignments based on availability.
• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
• Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
• Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
