General Urgent Information
Message: The staff at THE SEASONS RESORT AT SUGARBUSH has notified us that guests must reach out to the resort to confirm they have received your RCI reservation. Please call the resort at 802-796-7669 one week prior to your arrival date.
Message: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Office is not open on Sunday. All calls will be returned within 24 hours. The resort does not maintain an office or front desk.
Message: Check-in time is only from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on your scheduled check-in day. Guests who cannot arrive during the established check-in time must call the resort at 802-796-7669 for further instructions.
Message: You will need to contact the Seasons Resort at Sugarbush at least one week in advance to verify your confirmation and to make sure you understand that your check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. **The Seasons Resort at Sugarbush DOES NOT under any circumstances accept late check-ins. 802-496-7669
