General Urgent Information
Urgent Message:- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Only members may check in otherwise, Vidanta could apply normal commercial rates. VIDANTA owners can only exchange their week back to a VIDANTA resort equal to or less than the product or property acquired. Example: Mayan Palace Owner can confirm the same or Sea Garden but they cannot confirm Grand Mayan. Reservations that violate this rule will be cancelled.

This means that RCI members can travel to any Vidanta ID only once every 4 years, staying in a only unit and week. Rules are verified by name and membership. Violations will be canceled. Resort does not allow reservations with Guest Certificates.
- The resort will reflect the RCI reservation 72 hours after it has been confirmed. You can only confirm Vidanta once in a period of 4 years (applies per Anniversary Year) and multiple (two or more reservations in the same week) or consecutive units (2 or more units confirmed, where upon check out of one of the units there is immediate check in of the next unit) are not allowed
