General Urgent Information
Urgent Message:- Mandatory for all resort inbounds to print & provide the Confirmation Letter upon check in. Guests traveling to Pueblo Bonito Resorts are required to complete a mandatory Pre-Check-in before arrival. An access link will be emailed to the member 15 days before check-in. Passports of all guests traveling are required to complete the Pre-Check-in and check-in at the resort.
- When Pueblo Bonito owners request to reserve with bonus weeks or extra vacations, only Studio type units may be confirmed. Restrictions are verified by name and membership number, and it is also applicable to guests on other memberships.
- Pueblo Bonito owners, cannot reserve more than 4 units concurrent / multiple at each resort. Owners not need pay for Guest Certificates if owner or co-owner of memership is travelling. It is Mandatory to include the guest's full contact information on the Guest Certificate. Studio units are one single room with no separate bedroom, no privacy.
- Maximum 2 units per Resort, per year are allowed to be confirmed. These weeks do not necessarily need to be concurrent or consecutive. Guest certificate is required for 2nd unit. Resort owners in Cabo San Lucas and San José are not allowed to book into this resort. State Lodging tax is 3% Ask resort for currency type.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
