Urgent Message:- The Check-in Center is at 400 Golf View Drive. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. The after-hours contact phone number is 417-676-0408.
- Unit number assignments are subject to change. Handicap units are also limited, if needed please contact the resort prior to booking to verify availability.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.

- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

- The resort has a limited number of small dog-friendly units. Call the resort for availability. No more than two dogs, 40 pounds or less each, and we ask that you bring their updated shot records. - The pools at Carriage Place and Surrey Townhouses are closed, but guests are welcome to use the ones at Grand Crowne Resort.
