Housekeeping Fee Info: "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 100 local currency for 1 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."
Resort Fees
Resort Fee Info: Resort amenities fee is 15.00 local currency. Cash or Credit is accepted.
Resort Fee Additional Information: Per day plus taxes. Covers internet, pool access, hot tub access, parking, and resort amenities.
Policy Restrictions
Minimum Check-In Age: Minimum age check in is 25.
Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Smoking Restrictions: No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
General Urgent Information
Message: $500 security deposit due at check in.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: The check-in is virtual and you will need to have an email address on your RCI account/reservation to receive the check-in packet.
Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Message: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
