- Please note that this is a mountain resort and there are multiple steps to get to the accommodations. Additionally, the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom accommodations are 2 stories with 14 steps inside the unit.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Any guest intending to arrive late must contact the resort prior to their scheduled check-in date to provide notice. If no late-arrival notification is received, the reservation will be canceled the day following the scheduled arrival date.
- The Fairway Forest check-is at 3077 US Hwy 64E Suite A, Sapphire, NC 28774. The office hours are 7am to 10pm daily. After-hours guests must check in at Blue Ridge Public Safety, 4352 US-64E, Sapphire, NC. Please contact 828-743-2199 to secure late check-in instructions. The resort’s check-in desk and the Public Safety Office are next to each other.
