- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- The mandatory usage fee is paid in dollars, with cash or a credit card. The Benefit Bracelet for HIGH Season is during December, January, and February and charged per person, per week. Crystal Beach is closed during May and June. There is an additional fee per person, per day to access the water slides and activities for guests over four years old from November through April.
- Pets are allowed for an additional daily fee. You must comply with established rules and sign paperwork stating you will be responsible for your pet and that the pet will stay on a leash. The hotel may expel guests if their pet causes a disturbance. Units for four guests are recommended for two adults and two children up to 12 years old, as there is no privacy for four adults.
- Large pets are not allowed, as they may pose a risk due to their size. Please visit www.solanasvacation.com.ar/checkin to check in before your arrival. You will need all the documents for you and your travel party, your scheduled check-in date, and a reservation number. If you do not have a reservation number, access [email protected] so one can be provided.
- The mandatory Benefits Bracelet includes access to Crystal Beach, a Pirate Boat, a 15% discount at Kalhua Restaurant, and a 10% discount at Tienda Inglesa market. Guests will also have access to all DAS activities, towels, medical coverage, emergency services, nursing, and pools at Solanas and Green Park, if applicable. The bracelets DO NOT INCLUDE water activities like kayaks, which are rented by the hour.
