General Urgent Information

Urgent Message:

• Guests arriving at the resort outside of front desk hours should contact the resort in advance to make alternative check-in arrangements.
• There are no elevators available at the resort, and it is in a mountainous setting, with exterior and interior stairs for all units.
• Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
• Smoking is not allowed in units.
• Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
• All wood burning fireplaces are not operational at this time. Modifications are required and will be made during the next scheduled suite remodel.
• Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
• Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account.
• Guest certificate required for multiple reservations.
