General Urgent Information
Message: Members who booked via points and wish to make an upgrade or extra night should contact resort 3-4 weeks prior to their arrival. Resort cannot make any arrangement in an earlier date
Message: Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
Message: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Message: Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
Message: Bookings must be 7, 14, or 21 nights and for the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be canceled.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
