General Urgent Information

• License: to be determined. This resort has different check-in days during the year. Reservations must be made only for 7, 14, or 21 nights. After confirming a unit online, please check with RCI to ensure the check-in day booked is correct for your dates of travel. Reservations made incorrectly will be canceled and re-booked with the correct check-in day.
• Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
• Fees charged for some utilities.
• Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Check-in time is from 4pm to 7pm. Checking in at other times is possible only in exceptional cases and requires prior agreement with the resort. The outdoor swimming pool is open approximately mid-March through October.
• All units except P1, P2, P3, and E1 have air conditioning. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy.
• Reception is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 7pm. Sunday and bank holidays are closed.
• Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
