Housekeeping Fee Info: "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 75.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted."

Policy Restrictions


Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

General Urgent Information


Message: Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.

Message: This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details.

Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.

Message: Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.

Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

Message: Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.

Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.

Message: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Message: Due to parking pass requirements in the community where your resort is located, check-in is located off-site at 20 Executive Park Rd, Hilton Head, SC 29928. Check in hours are Saturday from 5pm until 8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please call 843-842-6556 and the front desk will be able to provide information for your after-hours check in process. The resort has two floors and no elevator.

Message: All points midweek check-ins must check in at 3:00pm to 5:00pm . Please notify the resort at 843-842-6556 for instructions for after-hours check ins.

Message: Security deposit is collected at check-in. Inbounds staying more than 7 nights or crossing into the next week. Will have to change units.
