General Urgent Information
Message: Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
Message: Please ensure that extra care is taken on the balconies with children as gaps are larger than normal.
Message: Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Message: Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: guests need to make arrangements for key collection if they arrive after 9pm as the reception closes
