Mandatory Fee Info: Mandatory Security deposit is 500.00 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Policy Restrictions


Minimum Check-In Age: Minimum age check in is 25.

Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

Smoking Restrictions: No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

General Urgent Information


Message: Guests will be held financially responsible for the cost of any item(s) that is damaged or goes missing from the unit. While there are 3 pools total at Hot Springs Village only 2 of those pools are available free of charge, both are outdoor pools. There is one indoor pool but a fee of $10 per person for an all-day pass is required.

Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.

Message: Additionally, the pool has certain hours of availability due to classes, so they must call to check the hours before arriving. There are golf courses available and there is a fee that is associated with using them. There are multiple courses and the rates change frequently, however, a discount is provided to anyone staying on property that wishes to take advantage of the golfing privileges.

Message: Check-in is at 120 Reid Lane, Hot Springs Village, next to Unit 76. PLEASE CALL 501-915-9062 IF ARRIVING AFTER 4:00 PM FOR LATE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS AND CODE.

Message: Only the guest whose name appears on the reservation will be allowed to check in. Guest must provide valid photo ID and credit card for damages/incidentals and must be 25 years of age or older.

Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

Message: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Message: Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.

Message: Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.

Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
