General Urgent Information
Message: Please note that the resort does not take special requests for room assignments, and room assignments are not completed by the resort until a few weeks prior to the check-in date. For points stay that are less than 7 nights, a room change may occur.
Message: Packages/mail will not be accepted for guests at the resort. Special requests are made directly with the resort, but are not guaranteed. Complimentary shuttle to/from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA), only 7.6 miles away, and Amtrak in Whitefish, MT (WFH), only 9.6 miles away. Please notify Guest Services with 48 hours’ notice.
Message: Air conditioning unit is only in the master bedroom. Gated RV/trailer parking is less than one mile off-site. Please inquire with Guest Services for directions and combination. All Studio units do not have a golf course view or full kitchen.
Message: If arriving after 10:00 pm, please contact Guest Services for after-hour instructions.
