Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
General Urgent Information
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
Message: Optional All Inclusive Program. Guests who do not purchase the All-Inclusive Program are not allowed to use the Restaurants and Bars on-site, as they don't have POS terminals or cash registers to process payments.
Message: Check-out at the resort is at 12pm. The resort offers all-inclusive access from 12pm to 5pm if you want to use the resort facilities at check-out.
Message: Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
Message: To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: To book nearby excursions, call the resort directly. Visitors for members/guests staying at the Resort are only allowed in the lobby area. Check-in at the resort is at 3pm. If you want to access to the resort facilities before your unit is assigned upon check-in, the resort offers all-inclusive access from 10am until 3pm for $25 USD per person.
