Policy Restrictions
Minimum Check-In Age: Minimum age check-in is 21.
Occupancy Restrictions: Member named on confirmation must be at least 21 with a government-issued photo ID to check in.
Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Smoking Restrictions: No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
General Urgent Information
Message: Unit TYPES are assigned by RCI. If a handicap unit is needed it should be the same size as assigned by RCI. Not all units have balconies. One free vehicle space per unit. Resort has a non-smoking policy. No smoking in units or patios; could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort may impose a $25.00 penalty for lost or unreturned room keys.
Message: Units 1001-1016, 2001-2016, 3001-3005 are across the street from beach, do not have balconies. Resort has right to change unit assignment, will not change unit type or location/view. Upgrades MAY be available for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact the resort to check availability. Max occupancy is strictly enforced. Reservations made less than two days prior to check-in must be approved with resort by phone prior to confirming.
