Message: Barclay Towers is both a hotel and a timeshare resort. Breakfast is included in the nightly room rate for hotel guests. Timeshare guests pay nothing directly to Barclay Towers for their exchange - they pay their home resort's maintenance fee and the company they book or exchange through. Breakfast is limited to hotel guests.
