General Urgent Information
Message: Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.

Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Effective August 27th the check-in location is now onsite as opposed to the remote location previously listed. Please contact the resort on your day of arrival at 843-280-0598 or 843-249-3414, then option #2, to obtain the lockbox code. The lockbox is mounted on the wall to the right of the main building entrance, on the ground level, with a sign that says, “Ocean Towers Timeshare Check In/Key Drop”.
Message: If arriving after 5:00 p.m., please call 843-280-0598 or 843-249-3414 then option #2 to obtain lockbox access code. When checking out, keys will need to be dropped in the top of the same box.
