General Urgent Information
Message: Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Resort does not have 24 hour check in desk, but does offer Sunday check-in from 9AM to 5PM.
Message: You must call the resort at 423-487-2263 during business hours ( Saturday until 9 PM) to arrange after hour check in procedure. If you do not call or arrive at the resort prior to 9:00PM on Saturday night you will NOT be able to check in until Sunday from 9AM-5PM.
