Policy Restrictions
Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
General Urgent Information
Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Message: The resort does not offer units with wheelchair accessibility.
Message: Adult lounge is currently closed until further notice due to renovations.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: The Moorings now has their own boat ramp and 15 berthing bays. Wi-Fi is availabe in all units. Internet charges $10 for the week. Golf complex costs vary. Front Desk Hours of Operation are 9.00 am to 5pm, Fridays they are open until 6pm and Sundays until 12.30pm.
Message: There are 3 different stages of units at this resort. Phase 1 & 2 have walk in showers and Phase 3 have 36 units with walk in shows and 16 units still have spa bath. There is still a communal laundry on site.
