- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Guests are charged for their electricity usage based on the meters installed on each unit. A meter reading will be delivered to guests mid-week so they have an idea of their consumption, and again on Friday before departure.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the units, but smoking is allowed on the balconies. The resort offers a mid-week cleaning & additional housekeeping services for a fee. Unit 601AB and 702AB are the only lock-off type units at the resort.
