General Urgent Information
Message: Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.

Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: Everything remains closed in Sestriere, including resort facilities outside July & August and the ski season. Please be aware that you might need to drive 15 minutes to the closest bar/ restaurant. Outside the peak season all facilities are closed including restaurant, bar, market, laundry, gym, game rooms, etc are closed.Toiletries are provided. A car is highly recommended to enjoy the area.
Message: Reception opens from 08.30 until midnight from the 20th Dec to 31st Mar and from the 1st Jul until 31st Aug. The rest of the year reception opening hours are 9-13/14-17. If you need to check in outside of the Reception hours, you’ll have to pay €100 until 9pm. After 9pm you cannot check in until the following day. Please email [email protected] to inform the resort in advance.
Message: This resort has different check-in days over the year. Bookings have to be made in increments of 7 nights. After confirming a unit online please check with RCI that the check-in day booked is correct for your time of travel. Incorrect bookings will be canceled and re-booked with the correct check-in day.
Message: Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
