• Reservations made less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date will not be accepted. The resort will reflect the RCI reservation 72 hours after it has been confirmed. Additional charges apply for valet parking, internet, gym, spa, tennis, golf, and safe. *Please pre-checkin by visiting https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home
• VIDANTA owners can only exchange their week back to a VIDANTA resort equal to or less than the product or property acquired. Example: Mayan Palace Owner can confirm the same or Sea Garden. They cannot confirm Grand Mayan. Reservations that violate this rule will be canceled.
• RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• Rules are verified by name and membership, and violations will be canceled. The resort does not allow reservations with Guest Certificates. If someone other than the owner checks in, they must be credited as co-owner of the account, otherwise VIDANTA could apply normal commercial rates.
• You can only confirm Vidanta once in a period of 4 years (applies per anniversary year) and multiple or consecutive weeks are not allowed in any of its combinations. All rules apply to all Vidanta IDs (Rule by Total Group). This means RCI members can travel to any Vidanta ID only once every 4 years staying one week and in only one unit.
• Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
• Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
• Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
