General Urgent Information
Urgent Message:- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Resort is opened Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm , Saturday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and closed on Sundays.
- Trailers and motorcycles are allowed.
- The Poolside Bar plays live music and is opened from 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
- Prior to check-in, all linens and terry will be placed in your unit in a plastic bag and it will be necessary for you to make the bed(s) and put away the terry. Additionally, any linens or terry you may need on “exchange day” will be brought to your unit in a plastic bag
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
