- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

- There is an additional parking fee of $10 for additional cars and $25 for per SINGLE AXEL trailer per day. Guests will be charged $5 for letter mail and $20 for packages to be held. - NO RV’s or Box trucks will be allowed. Trailer must remain attached to vehicle at all times. Current weight restrictions still apply- 7,000 GVW. No trailers larger than a single axel will be allowed and Trailer must be approved by management. Please call ahead.
