Policy Restrictions
Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
General Urgent Information
Message: RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
Message: Owners and non-owners: Only two multiple/ consecutive weeks are allowed from May 1st through October 31st. If you confirm multiple/consecutive weeks from November 1st, 2022 to April 30th,2023 a mandatory fee of $100.00 U.S. dollars per unit per week will need to be paid prior to the check-in. For payment contact the reservations department at the resort at 669-913-5500.

Message: RCI inbounds who will be arriving late or staying less than 7 nights MUST notify the resort prior to the arrival date or the reservation will be canceled. A Guest Certificate is required if the owner of the membership is not traveling.
