General Urgent Information


Message: Smoking is not allowed in units.

Message: The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.

Message: Fourth of July guests will be allowed only one parking pass. If a guest needs an extra pass, it will cost $50.00 per day, per vehicle. Access to the pool will be restricted to members and owners only, with a maximum of four persons per unit. All members, owners and guests must present the room key card for entry to the pool area on the 4th of July.

Message: Guests must check-in remotely, the resort no longer offers same-day in-person check-in. All incoming guests must phone and confirm their reservations 72 hours prior to check-in; please call the resort at 561-276-0309 and provide us with your correct contact information, as well as security deposit. If guests fail to do this, they may not be able to check-in.

Message: If you anticipate a late arrival, you MUST contact the resort in advance at 561-276-0309. Please leave a detailed message including first & last name, cell phone # for return call, and date of arrival. Our office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm daily. EMERGENCY PHONE # is 561-899-6660.

Message: Resort accepts only major credit cards for the $250 security deposit; cash is not accepted. All exchange companies doing business at the Dover House Resort will send their guest arrival list or resort arrival report on/or before 14:00 hours on the Friday prior to the date of arrival.

Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.

nonmem-message: ALL RCI Inbounds, with NO exceptions, must bring an RCI confirmation with them when checking-in. The confirmation must include the name of the guest checking-in. Also, exchanges are one-week intervals for the incoming guest. If the inbound guest chooses to break the week in half, the following costs will apply: a $250 processing fee, $100 cleaning fee, and 13% Tourism & Sales tax - for the total amount of $395.50, per incoming guest for commercial use or exchange. Please note: this does not include the $30/per night Resort Fee that is charged to the guest for any commercial use of the property.
