Resort Fee Additional Information: A $78.00 per week-U.S. currency Resort Fee will be charged for all reservations starting in 2022.
Policy Restrictions
Multiple Floors Without Elevator Access: Yes
Pets: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Smoking Restrictions: No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
General Urgent Information
Message: For late check-in: please proceed to the Woodstone Meadows Complex across from the entrance to Massanutten Village on Rt 644.
Message: There may be many stairs to climb to access the unit, as well as inside the unit. There is a $78 per week resort fee charge. Lost keys $60 each.
Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Message: Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Message: Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
Message: AFVC guest or guests of AFVC members, please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the family of Massanutten Resorts.
Message: Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
