Urgent Message:- Please notify the resort if you plan to arrive after the check-in hours or confirm your reservation within 48 hours of the check-in time. The check-in time is 4pm, and the check-out time is 11am.
- The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- If you arrive by taxi, please wait until check-in is complete before releasing the cab. Guests arriving after 7pm should obtain their keys from the lockbox. Limited parking is available, and there is only ONE space per guest.
- The check-in address is 2240 Kuhio Ave, Unit 104, Royal Kuhio Resort, Honolulu, HI 96815, USA. Unit Housekeeping Fee is charged to those members staying less than 7 nights.
- To obtain your key fob and parking assignment, you must check in at Royal Kuhio daily during office hours from 8am to 7pm. You can get your keys from a lock box at the Royal Kuhio if you arrive after hours. It is important to ensure that your reservation has correct contact information so the resort can provide important arrival information.
